Because to do so, you'd need a current gen console, and would be infinitely better off buying JC2.

The second one is meh in that respect. There's a giant floating blimp full of strippers...all of whom I killed, and one of the faction leader only speaks in double entendres. Even at that, you can just buy it and free roam. I can guarantee a good time.
