If you melt down silver, melt it down thin. Easier to saw of strips to use in things like rings or pendants than from a thick block.

Otherwise...if you have a forge-type setup, you can probably make your own mokume out of quarters. I'll try to find you a tutorial if you'd like.

They burn at the heat level the small ones do, but hook up to the propane tanks that normally go on gas grills. XD I want one...

The funniness that pennies and nickles are worth more as scrap than coins? XD

Kinda illegal? Way illegal...like, "may as well grab a pair of lock picks too" illegal. Not as illegal as in the UK though. XD

Which is annoying beyond all reason. They break the money, then arrest me for making something useful out of it.

I don't think melting quarters is illegal. Don't...don't tell me if it is. >_>
