Eh, your choice in the end. But... Buffy is about the characters far, far more than the action. Story, characters, etc.

I can understand why you don't care for Buffy. It's a reflection on the themes of adolescent life. Angel is a reflection on the themes of adult life. It makes you think and contemplate.

But you like explosions.

I expected so much more from you.

Consequently, the action through the first two seasons of Buffy is pretty bad.

Angel...well...Season 3 and 4 had better action than Wolverine. Not even kidding.

Obi... just covered it. Perfectly.

Action just doesn't make a show, imo. At all.

Sure, Buffy is about life. Let me ask ya something... do you, err... complain 'bout life? You being a teen and all... it's just life.

And you've only seen an episode(s) from season 1. So. You haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet. XD

Watched the epic Scorpion two-parter.

Picked up Seasons 1 and 2 of Arrested Development. Watched about 8 episodes in a row. Good stuff.
