I think this is a good resource. Also, I've found the licensed \ franchise sets to be more expensive (Star Wars, LOTR, etc) for what they give you.

A good example: Council of Elrond versus a Lego movie set.

Yes :( :( :( they have, and they have also much improved in quality and storylines have gotten better, even thought there aren't many story-lines out there I like. The sets also seem to be better.

Actually there are a couple series I like such as the Batman and DC sets, but for the most part, ..thumbs down... on the story line department.

saw it with my kids yesterday (Spring Break plus $5 show and popcorn deal), we all loved it and they sing Everything is Awesome now (bought the mp3)

Went to the new Lego store afterwards too (left empty handed)

I was expecting it to be like really... blocky. So I was suprised about how smooth it went. In fact, I totally forgot it was stop animation until the end of the movie
