Had a really hard day today...no idea why. Nightmarish thoughts and I was considering suicide.

Scary to admit, but there it is. Annoying too, since...I dunno. 4 months of this is long enough, but I can't seem to escape it.

Please be praying. Seems like I'm back to square one.
