Well, I do like avocado.
In Australia everyone tends to bring their own lunch, though the tuckshop food is a bit strange.

Avocado:
Australia:Google wrote: A pear-shaped fruit with a rough leathery skin, smooth oily edible flesh, and a large stone.
A light green color like that of the flesh of avocados.
Lunch:Google wrote:A country and continent in the southern hemisphere.
Tuckshop:Google wrote:A meal eaten in the middle of the day, typically one that is lighter or less formal than an evening meal.
Google wrote:A tuck shop is a small, food-selling retailer. It is a term principally used in the UK, Grenada, South Africa, New Zealand, the Australian states of Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, and occasionally in other parts of the former British Empire. In New South Wales, the term is interchangeable with the word canteen.

Well... paintings and the like aren't really my fancy, I much prefer clever art.Chozon1 wrote:What kind do you like?
For example, we went to Tasmania and visited the Museum of Old and New Art, and among the (boring) paintings and sculptures (the old art) there were some really clever ones (new art) such as a machine attached to the roof that releases bursts of water drops that form the shape of letters, which are auto-generated based on current Google searches. Cool, right?
A really clever one that I saw was essentially a black picture frame with a 30 centimetre strip of extremely-rapid flashing white lights. At first glance, it seems unimpressive, until you look away and notice that a word flashes across your retina. At a second glance, you notice that it burns letters into your retina that become visible when you look away. If I had the money, I would have bought that piece then and there.
