You mean like coffee?

It's okay if your just using it to wake yourself up when your drowsy or in the morning with breakfast, but you should try not to get too hooked on it, because then it could have bad side effects (headaches, hyperactivity, etc.). Personally, I just drink decaf 99% of the time.
