Create a distraction by pretending to put a squad of people on a space ship with a decoy bomb and send it towards the Dalek mother ship.

Then some Bowser refugees arrived at the colony. They had been refused at 2,386 other colonies because a fleet of vengeful mushrooms (known as the Toads) was chasing them across the galaxy.
