If they have one, great. But they don't always.
I got my Enfield at a decently large local gun store, and they had about three Mosin's on the racks, and piles more in storage. And, I mean piles.
Also, I should mention, if you can find and afford one, look at Swedish Model 1896 Mausers and Schmidt Rubin K31's.

Well, certain larger gun stores around here do carry Enfield's and Mosin's. Just wasn't sure on whether or not they're going to be in as good condition normally, or if that even matters.
And I'll look for those other guns too... hopefully they'll be within mah price range.
Top five TV shows?

Well, they're military rifles. They won't be perfect, so you'll want to check them out. I'd not worry so much about the action, as mine was crap when I bought it, then when I got home and worked on it was perfect. The bore's usually the biggest concern, especially in older guns used with corrosive ammo. If that's good, nothing else matters. Assuming you want a shooter, not a museum piece, you can get new spare parts for most milsurps dirt cheap.
Unless it's cracked, I'd not worry about the stocks, but then again, I buy guns to shoot, not take up shelf space. YMMV. My Enfield's got some scratches and dings, but...it also has about a 20y/o+ scope on it, so I'd but it was someone deer rifle for years. But the bore was decent, so I bought it. All of the Mosin's I saw looked great, didn't check anything else. Keep in mind, a Mauser with a perfect stock and a crappy barrel can get a new barrel. You can't with most other surplus rifles, because not many smiths have the right action wrenches. This is especially true for the SMLE.
Also, if you're willing to wait a bit...have a parent get a C&R FFL. Let's you get older guns shipped straight to your door.
So far as the other two guns go, K31's usually have beat up stocks, near perfect bores, and the Swiss surplus ammo you can find for it is match grade. And it's only $200. The Swedish '96 is in 6.5 x 55mm, which Is basically a European .308. But more accurate. I'm seeing those at around $400
Top five...Fringe, Community, Mail Call, Sons of Anarchy, and Human Target. Hawaii Five-0 might make the cut soon. Gonna wait until the season's over to call that though.

Thanks for the info, it helps. Never really looked at weapons this old with any real seriousness... but that's gonna change. :p
So... how does one go about getting a C&R FFL?

Be 21 first of all. Then you email the ATF, they send you a form, you fill it out and send them a $30 check. You do have to keep records of what you get and get rid of.

That's... it? Sheesh, I'm gonna do that if it's really that easy.
So then... we'd be able to order firearms from any online site? And does that include handguns?

Well, you can only get Curio and Relics. Thus, C&R. They have to be in original condition and 50+ years old. Handguns are included, NFA weapons (sawn off shotguns, auto's) are not iirc.
Here's a
page with some C&R guns.
Keep in mind, if it's made before 1899, you don't even need a C&R. But you probably wouldn't want to shoot it in that case.
EDIT: And
here's another. Look under Finland to see the Porche of the Mosin Nagants. If you can afford one, get it.

Should we finance the entire thing with Monopoly money?

How do people go about getting a full fledged FFL?

It's...in the thousands iirc, and most of your income has to be coming from guns. So it's not really an option unless you want to open a gun shop.

...
Ouch.
I think I'll just stick with going through the local gun shops for when a full FFL is needed. >_>
