Well, I do like:
Intelligent Systems, HAL Labs, Nintendo, (Although their studio is all divided up into several groups. )

As monotonous as this answer may be,
It would have to still be the Tyrannosaurus rex.

It just always been my all time favorite,
When I was a kid I would pretended to be one almost everyday it seemed like. XD
It's kinda embarrassing reflecting back on those times,
but I suppose that's one of reasons why it's still my favorite.
