Depends on what you mean by kinetic. If you mean spring loaded, then it's quite a simple matter to arrange for a proper forearm sheath. Not the most practical thing to do, and not something I'd overall recommend for EDC, but it's possible. I'd probably use Kydex just so it doesn't rot from sweat. Actually tbh, if I was going for a forearm quickdraw knife, I'd use a waved Emerson or Spydie. Both have a small hook above the blade that snags and opens the blade. And I know of at least one maker who can do custom sheaths for them that will engage the snag properly.

Hmm...I was thinking of something that looks like an assassin or a wannabe would wear, if you know what I mean. OTF, and perhaps activated by something attached to my arm.

Which is where legality begins to fade.

Because I tried all the classes, and elf is just kinda the natural class for a loremaster. XD
