I don't fit in Jeeps. XD My head rubs all against the ceiling, and my legs stay bent at a curiously odd angle...At least in Cherokees.

You get a lot of it for free, but have to buy new areas and quest packs.

Some 200 or more iirc.
All of the Shire, Bree Land, and Ered Luin quests.
