Well, AP handgun ammo is wholly illegal. Illegal in some smaller rounds, like the 7.62x39mm, because the make handguns in that caliber, but illegal just means no more can be made, not that what's already made can't be sold. Heck, I can get you incendiaries, tracers, etc. XD

A .22 is really the best first choice. Otherwise, if you pick up something like a 8mm Mauser, you'll end up with a broken jaw XD. Horrible high comb on those things.

What be a Mauser?

It's a German battle rifle. Pretty much perfected the bolt action rifle. And they hurt like heck.

Ammo's about as expensive as handgun ammo, with no viable surplus option. Recoil's a laugh.

Fun, but I like hiking better. Still need to refinish mine.

I need one because I injured my shins somehow and the hurt when running. Not that I mind the pain...I'd just rather not damage myself at the moment.

Plus, I can't fly down hills.
