Sorta. I'm trying to resolve an issue with them at the moment, so we'll find out soon.
My gamertag is iamscott3600... and I'll be happy to play any of you guys.

Totally wasn't worked out in a satisfactory manner. I'm now out $20. Great.
Anyway... yes, I'd love to play with you guys on Live.

I kind of get the impression that bungie spent all their time on Multiplayer and neglected the other modes. If you want proof, just go around with a jetpack in a firefight game. Watch how many times you go out of the battlefield. Heck, I took cover under some steps or between some rocks and went out of the battlefield.

So I've been kinda back and forth on the multiplayer the past few days. Some days I have a blast, other days I can't stand it. Well I've realized I can't play the game like it's Halo 2 or 3. It's a much different game now. Bloom makes every shot matter much more than it used to. Halo 2 and Halo 3 were more about faster aim, whereas Reach is more about precision. Although the weapon that is supposed to be the most precise(the sniper), seems much more forgiving in Reach than in Halo 3. Teamwork is also much more important in Reach. Gone are the days where you can take out 2 or 3 guys with a good BR and a grenade. I've complained about the movement before but after thinking about it, it's really not any different than Halo CE. IMO, Reach feels like a combination of Shadowrun, Halo CE, and even a little bit of Gears of War.

So timing your shots with the DMR just feels weird to me. I'm sure I'll adjust eventually but it's making matchmaking somewhat frustrating for me.
I love the bloom, I use it to tell me when I'm being to hasty.
Boom, miss, bloom makes it impossible to shoot, I die.
End discovery, more patience, keep your reflexes, less hasty.
But I can see where it could be a pain. Play some CoDMW(2?) and then go back to Reach, you should be able to adjust a bit better.
The recoil is close to the bloom in purpose.
Just my advice. May not work. *Shrug*

I thought it was pretty sweet.
...but I was sad that I couldn't actually see it.

Meant it more for Spartan.
Edit: You can download it to your 360 and watch it there. It's just the basic air assassination- albeit from quite a ways up.

I had a DMR headshot from across the map, on a team swat game. (incredibly inaccurate at that range and the dude was running.)
