You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

At the absolute insistence of a friend:

The Black Parade - My Chemical Romance

Don't jump on me for this but...it's actually pretty good.

Oh, and I got Come Clarity from In Flames. Great stuff, some of you would hate it though.

MCR is indeed awesome!! I hardly get to listen to them though since they're "bad"; I do know that not all of their lyrics are...um..acceptable.

I've had the misfortune of seeing them in concert twice. It was quite enough, thank you very much.

blessthefall's "His Last Walk"

I dunno, it's pretty average as far as hardcore music goes. Nothing too out of the ordinary. It's not bad, though. I'm just wishing I had gone with Oh, Sleeper's "When I Am God" rather than this CD...

edit: I've changed my mind somewhat about this band. While I still think it's nothing groundbreaking, it's a good CD. I'm enjoying it.

newcement will be happy to know that I've picked up The Classic Crime's 'Albatross,' and from what I hear so far, it's quite good for a freshman effort. A bit too Fall Out Boy-ish but the lyrics are amazing.

Well... I guess that means that it's a band that I'm never gonna listen to... :?
