I had a decaying tooth and a sinus infection last week...I was crying. It literally felt like there was a knife being jabbed into my face. @_@ I hate teeth. We have blenders and food processors, so we don't need teeth anymore. >_>
I'm sorry. I hope you're feeling better!

I have played a bit of one of the games, but never got far into them. Have you given them a try?

I am. <3 So much better. I'm not afraid to eat anymore. XD
I was actually hoping you had played them and could tell me about them. XD The saga is on sale at GOG for $3, and I've been tempted to get it. It's Spiderweb, so I figure I won't be disappointed, but still.
Books you reread frequently?

Other than the scriptures or game books? There aren't a lot of those in my life. Patrick F. McManus books and a few from Terry Pratchett, but other than those and a few classics, that's about it.

Apple products?
I do like my computer, and I never knew how much I would love my iPod until I actually had one. I also prefer the Apple operating system over the other ones I've tried (various Windows, and a few Linux).
That being said, I have never owned an iOS device. I do prefer Android's approach to allowing the users to access its contents as if it were an external hard drive. The iOS' proprietary approach isn't one that I find as versatile.

It's extremely user-friendly - to the point where people are actually thrown off by how easy it is to use. In general, if your first impulse is to do the simple thing, then that's probably what you're supposed to do.
But you can take a more complex route, if you prefer. Since it has a Unix core, you can use Terminal to access your computer via Unix commands. In fact, you can do some things with the macOS using Terminal that you can't really do with the standard user interface. That kind of versatility is nice - and is actually one of the things I liked about Windows 95, probably the last decent Windows iteration in terms of accessibility to the user. After 95, Microsoft started taking more of a "hands off" approach to Windows, making it more difficult for users to access the inner workings of the computer operating system. It seems to me that this trend has still continued - if I'm working on a Windows 10 machine, I need to use the "Search" function to find some of the programs I'm used to looking for (such as the list of active drivers) that were simply a click or two away in Windows 7.

It's not just Apple. They have incorporated lots of little programs into their operating system over the years.
However, as a result, their operating system is a patchwork mish-mash that tends to leave a ton of security holes that hackers and other malcontents love to exploit. It's one of many reasons why Windows is considered to be the least stable of the "big three" operating systems. However, because of Microsoft's monopolistic business practices, they basically force the majority of computer users to use their flawed products.
Combine that with the charities they support (including Planned Parenthood) are the main reasons why I strive to avoid any Microsoft products. I don't trust the company to do the right thing, so I don't trust them with my money, either.

Morrowind?
Amusingly enough, the Elder Scrolls series are pretty much the only reason I wish I had a Windows machine.

I've spent hours and hours playing Morrowind - and have had to restart so often I can get through the first village in my sleep - but have never gotten far on the main quest. I don't think I've even met with ... oh, what's his face. The dude in the floating rock. There has always been so many other things to do in the game. Even if it's just picking flowers and brewing potions.

Vivec. I've actually completed the main quest once, but was with my second character. There's just too much stuff to be done. And I got the expansion this time around, so there's stuff I haven't even kinda heard of to be done. <3 It's good stuff.
Over rated classical books?

Are you calling me a "master of sarcastic wit?" I can take that as a compliment.

There are actually two expansions. And that doesn't even get into the modding community. Have you heard of "
Tamriel Rebuilt?"

There are quite a few of those. Herman Melville, for example - that guy seems to avoid dialogue like the plague. Also, I think "The Great Gatsby" is one of the most pointless books ever written. And don't get me started on Charles Dickens - there's a great example of why you shouldn't pay by the word....
