You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

"Another Way to Die"--Alicia Keys and Jack White
It took about 3 listens to start to like it, but I still hate the Alicia Keys wails too much in the song itself.

I think I'm bringing headphones to the theatre, just to put on Cornell's You Know My Name over this piece of schlock. There are good ways to harmonize with another singer and bad ways to harmonize with another singer. Go to Youtube and search "George Harrison Bob Dylan" to see a good way: two singers with very different voices harmonize appropriately, and it's awesome. Jack White and Alicia Keys, though? It sounds like a more intentionally dissonant version of The White Stripes, only with better drumming and more suckage.Heartless_Gentleman wrote:"Another Way to Die"--Alicia Keys and Jack White

I kind of agree with you there, iamscott. Alicia Keys was a dreadful choice of Madonna proportions (remember the abomination that was "Die Another Day"?), and she sounds pretty bad with Jack White. But the song's real strength is the music. It's got a great Bond feel to it. Oh well. Although, I will give you that Chris Cornell owns with his song (IMO one of the best Bond movie themes ever).
