Cartoon version of LOTR rips cheese.

That's not a question. You can agree, though.

The mercy of the thorns?

I'd say the Buck has the best steel for the price with the 154CM. Best steel overall would by the VG10 laminate in the Vulcans though. The Aegis is a solid choice, and definitely has a better lock than the Buck, and the assisted version of the Vulcan lock.

The Buck has no clip, it seems.

Overall, none are bad choices, go with whatever fits you.

Agreed.

The thorns have no mercy. They're plants.

Get the DH ref though.

Ah, alright.

Sooo. You like your Delica 4, right? I've read that the Delica 4's steel is top notch... but my only wonder is... how is the blade in opening/closing? Smooth, stiff, etc.?

It sounds like a great bang for one's buck, but I just don't know. It looks like cheap-o knives I've had in the past design-wise. :\

It's a lockback, so some initial force is required, but it's smooth.

I'd just get a torx driver and set the pivot as tight as you like.

As for the construction, the plastic looking handles are really fiberglass reinforced nylon over steel liners, so it's pretty solid.

And yeah, steel's top of the line stainless.

I dunno dude...I've not had either one, but I think I may pick the mountain oysters over brains. I'd have to smell them...

What are you going to do with all your cash?

Yeah. I knew that. And I'd still choose them over brains. Probably. I'd still need to smell them.

Stomach virus attack? O_O
