I agree entirely with these rules.

There is one thing I would like to ask however. Considering the competition (Civil War), will there be exceptions to these rules considering Civil War? If so please let me know.

I was referring to the assault part of the game. Remember, destruction is a big part of the game as well

If players choose to compete in a game which involves PvP or intentional damage to another player's fort, yes, it is ok to PvP or damage their property. But only within the context of the game - no destroying someone's home instead of their castle. =)

Thanks! No there will be no destruction to private or personal homes, I just figured I needed to ask that considering the game itself.
