That and it's edge holding ability and pin together construction, as opposed to screwed. I'd also like to see a Teflon or like coating on the pivot and washers, because it loses lubrication fast.

Hmm...if it holds an edge like 440, I can life with it. That's typically what most of my knives are...Not sure what could be done about the other stuff.

It's a pretty cool looking knife. The yellow grew on me.

Custom knives, but with no technical limitations (meaning you could design, cut, construct, and even choose the blade style and material) what would be your dream knife?

A Chris Reeve Sebenza with a tanto point and opening hole as opposed to a stud. Somewhat of a wider blade too. With lignum vitae inlays.

Not gonna lie, the Sebenza is just about the most perfect folder I've ever layed eyes on. And it's about $400

I'm not so sold on the looks but...monkey fudge...I bet the thing is invincible. XD

Why an opening hole rather than a stud though?

I...can't tell you. It's something that must be experienced.

Unfortunately, only a few models have iron sights, which I like/need. Bolt action and an excellent reputation for accuracy seal the deal for me on these.

Just because they're cheap, I may pick up a Marlin 60. Though it depends on how much money I make.

Still pretty set on a Mosin Nagant. Hopefully be able to afford a Finnish M39, as opposed to a Russian one.

Looking at either a Mauser or Enfield to scout mount a scope to for a car gun. Handguns are for fighting your way to a rifle. imo.

So far as handguns go though, the Sig P220 in .45 ACP looks promising, as does the CZ P07 Duty 9mm Para. Handguns aren't really something I consider necessary at this point though. Nice, but in the end, I'll take a rifle.

Should I make the obscene amount of money needed to convince me, the DPMS 7.62 x 51mm Sportical looks nice. But far from cheap.

Just for fun, I've looked at AK's. Cheap guns, cheap ammo, can't really complain, but I'm sure my parents could.
Nice choices there. I pretty much recommend Marlins to anyone wanting an insanely accurate, well made "last-you-forever" gun. They may not be that pretty, but I don't think the game is going to be caring about that. <_<

Leupold optics?

True, they are pretty expensive. Though I do recommend them for a top tier gun if you ever have the cash.

What do you think of this knife?

Heard great things about it. Only reason that wasn't on my carry knife list is cause I don't own one.

lol

It looks pretty decent. One thing I'm wondering... how is 1095 cro-van for blade steel? I know next to nothing about it. :\

Basically it's just standard 1095 carbon steel with added chromium for stain resistance, and vanadium for hardness.

Basically, it will still rust, but slower, and it will hold an edge even longer.

Either my custom or Izula.

Didn't pay for the custom though.
