What a disappointment.

Moving sequences of excellent acting, amazing music and stunning cinematography were repeatedly overshadowed by multiple instances of ham-fisted acting, racism, undue silliness, meandering story threads and an ultimate pointless feel to the whole affair. If this is a story about the grand place that is Australia, then I would have to assume that either people aren't very interesting in Australia (not true), or that there are a multitude of stories that are far better than this.

A stunning disappointment.

Which is why they should have just gone with another plot: Evil kangaroos are harboring the nations eucalyptus trees. Local koala families are starving. But then there's the dramatic but inspiring rebellion the koalas make in order to feed their families. Evil kangaroo monopoly is overthrown and the koala's are at peace. It's a guaranteed Oscar!

You make Obi (and me) sad.

Anyways, I had the unfortunate occurrence of watching a good portion of Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins. I never did like Martin Lawrence, and James Earl Jones and Michael Clarke Duncan couldn't make up for what was truly an awful film.

Wow. Just... wow. I haven't laughed this hard at a movie since, well, since Judd Apatow's last movie. It's just absurd. And I really think I needed that.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

You know, del Toro usually has the same effect on me, but I found Hellboy II to be lacking. In a lot of areas.

Shark Attack 3: Megeladon

Do you like stilted dialogue that no human would ever use in regular conversation? Do you like stock footage of sharks with superimposed people being eaten? Do you like Bulgarian people pretending to be Mexicans? If you answered YES, than you'll LOVE Shark Attack 3!

No, really, most epic bad movie ever XD
