I recommend the latest game, KoFXII. It can be had pretty cheap if you hunt. It's very pretty. I <3 it. It's also a good game system.
If you still have PS2 access, KoFXI is excellent and unlike most KoF games. Otherwise, KoF98 Ultimate Match is cheap and has a billion characters.
