Yes. The NCIS with Chris O'Donnel nearly made me cry. Like, I had to physically struggle not to. And ...man, I can't even remember the show. But it made me bawl my eyes out. XD

I think Naruto has moved me to tears more than any other show, believe it or not. Most recently, the last episode of the Sopranos I watched pushed my limits.
