Mmph...well, it's better to have someone overworry about you than not care about you.

That said, I mean...I don't know. Is it dangerous?

Yes it is!

I can't walk in a parking lot with someone without freaking out.

I freaked out in Pretoria with my mom.

The guy wasn't going all that fast but it didn't look like he was going to stop and i freaked.

If i'm alone or i'm leading the way i don't freak, but my mom was leading that day.

All this because when ever me and hubs are walking in the parking lot he over reacts/freaks out when ever a car comes rolling closer.

And nowadays when ever me and hubs are walking in the parking lot i block his voice so i don't hear him and i even take risks to see what will happen. < That seems rebellious, don't it?

I HATE it

Well, I definitely don't know then. I can relate to having someone over worry about you to the extent it causes you to actually do more dangerous things, though. My dad tends to be that way.

And yeah, I'd agree it's dangerous. :D I've made a lot of situations worse by tuning people out.

I 'spose the only thing I can say is...take it that the person loves you a lot. Worry tends to be directly proportional to love. So there is that.

Thanx for reminding me of that perspective.

Somehow along the way i lost it.

It's just, sometimes i feel so blocked off.

But!! I have hope.

Maybe, just maybe, i get my licence this year. :D

And maaaaaaybe a car. :D :D

Love wooden doors.

They talk softly when you knock on them.

And, i'm a carpenter, of coarse i'll go for da wood :P

Agreed. Plus, metal doors hurt like crazy if they hit you.

Oh aye, aye. No disagreement. But I tore a 2 inch gash in my heel on an aluminum storm door once, and haven't looked at them the same since. XD

The metric system?
