Hopefully, neither. O_O But if one was/is, then it's the one who was beating the snot out of the other one.

He died.

Best as I can tell, it was bad genes.

He just stopped eating. No matter what I did, he refused to eat. After two weeks, he died. Which is odd, because even baby snakes can go for longer than that. :\

Animals don't eat when they have some kind of illness, maybe you should have taken him to the vet to check it out.
Two weeks is a long time, i don't think it was genes, i think he was i'll.

Actually, I did take him to the vet, and he found nothing wrong with him. And two weeks isn't so long with a snake...They only eat once a week. Nix had a snake that went several months without eating, though it was much bigger.
That did cheer me up though. ^_^

I'm glad.
That vet might not be qualified to be a snake vet.
A qualified vet would have found something.

Only reptile qualified vet in the area. It's possible he had a certain type of parasite that's rare though. The vet couldn't test for that. It's untreatable anyway, though.
But...I'm leaning towards genetics. Corn snakes have been vapidly overbred to get rare or weird colorings, and it's caused a ton of problems. Disease, sudden death, or they just stop eating...

What's your next reptile going to be?
