How do you geocache?

Geocaching is like a global scavenger hunt.

https://www.geocaching.com/play

I recommend the app. Anyone anywhere can create a cache. A cache is a small container hidden in a public place (or private property with permission). The person then goes on the website and puts in the GPS coordinates and some hints for finding the cache. Then anyone can go and try to find it.

Inside a cache you will find a small notebook or piece of paper to sign. You may also find trinkets of little value or a tracker. The trinkets you may trade with (leave something of similar value). The trackers are little objects or keychains with a code on it. You have to log on the app that you took the tracker and then you have to leave it in another cache and log where you left it. People buy trackers and leave them in caches and then can track where their tracker has been.

It's a fun group activity, the app is free but if you pay you get access to more cache locations and different types of caches. Definitely get a parent's permission before doing so, and take an adult with you. You'll need someone who can drive in any case.

It is meant to be kid-friendly, and I've never found anything otherwise, except one was hidden in a bush that hornets later built a nest in... Don't go alone, be smart (watch for poison ivy, etc)

such a hard question.... I love mostly all the geeky movies/shows (Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Star Trek, avenger's movies, etc)

but, movies I could watch over and over would be...

Emporer's New Groove, A Knight's Tale, Ocean's 11, Inception, Pride and Prejudice, Miss Congeniality...

What do you better identify with: team player, or lone wolf?

I actually eat a surprisingly large amount of paint. Comes with painting miniatures; I always have to reshape the brush with my mouth.

Dragon fruit?

lone wolf. i'm an introvert, typically highly focused (although sometimes it seems like I'm not because on my computer I'm doing multiple things), and my ideas are always best

but i do enjoy working with good team members, and have learned to be welcoming of ideas different than my own.

interesting. i dont think i've tried dragon fruit, i'm a kind of a picky eater and often refrain from trying new foods in public in order to not offend others. a teeny tiny lick really is enough to tell sometimes... i do my best to force down foods if i can (fish sticks and corndogs come to mind) but sometimes i honestly gag and cannot swallow (beans  )

That's fair though. I think all that can be expected of you is that you try. :D Anything more than that is actually rude on the other persons part.

But...corndogs? O_o

Yeah I try to explain that I'm a picky eater, they let me off the hook usually but maybe think I need to grow up. Oh well. Yeah, I can choke down a corndog. I love hot dogs, and corn bread, but the greasy cornbread on the dog is icky.

Side note, when I was little I spent my allowance on washable divider plates. They were amazing and my sisters were jealous. I can't stand it if green bean juice gets on my hamburger bun, etc. I really have gotten better, I learned to like watermelon and tomatoes.

Ever gotten something at a REALLY low price due to some special event? (Example: getting a brand new tablet for only a couple bucks)
