As long as the weather and work schedule cooperate for me, I'm willing to give it a go.

At last, my contract is almost up. May 2nd is my last working day which would also coincide with the Friday we would normally have met for the online game if it hadn't been interrupted by my having to take a hiatus.
So with that said, if you guys are still up for it, I'm tentatively proposing we resume our campaign on Roll 20 starting on 16 May. I say tentatively because that also happens to be my birthday, and I don't yet know if my family is planning anything.
We would begin in the same place as we left off (The Keep on the Borderlands) with the characters at the same level they were when we stopped. New players would be welcome as long as the group doesn't become unmanageably large.
I would also supplement this by creating a page on my gaming club website that would be accessible to this group, where news, information and campaign status would be maintained. (I could also create a forum there, but I don't see much benefit as this forum works great.)

Depends on the work schedule, as usual. I can try to make it, though! But if someone else wants to take up the rogue slot to compensate for my tardiness, I won't complain (parties can always use more than one thief, right? That way they'll keep stealing from each other, rather than other party members...

)

Haha, not going to lie, two thieves who have a competition where they keep stealing from each other sounds pretty awesome for a party.

But that's what makes it fun!

Is that right?
I got something for you... Suddenly your character doesn't feel very well...

So on the 16th my daughter has a glee club concert so I won't be able to resume the campaign on that day. How does the 30th sound as a start day?

So the chaos and difficulty in my world have at last subsided (mostly) and I can realistically start thinking about continuing the campaign. (Thanks Arch, for the reminder.)
Question: Would you guys be interested in switching to 5th Edition? The rules are free online (posted in another thread in this board) and the system is actually simpler than 2E in a few ways.
I've been reading through the Player's Handbook and I'm quite impressed with the way they've redone it. The combat rules are much cleaner and more intuitive.

I'm not opposed at all. I've been enjoying 2E, but also very interested in 5E.

Jay and I are cool with it, he wants to know if reagents are still needed.
