The same 18/21 deal.
We have insanely lax knife laws though.
Like, I could carry a friggin claymore and they couldn't do anything about it legally XD.
Also, most far north states issue a CCW at 18, so....yeah XD

Nice.
I actually think Ohio's handgun age limit is 18, interestingly enough. Not sure on that, but it's what I read somewhere.
Good place to purchase decent knives at decent prices online?

Umm, look around. Hard.
Have something particular in mind?

Eh, not really. I'm just looking for a decent blade to carry around at a fair price (I'd love to keep it under $50). Nothing huge. Just 4" or 5" would suffice.
My current carry-a-round is... well, I need a new one. >_<
Any suggestions?

Hmm.
Ontario's RAT 1 folder's great. Some Spyderco's can be had from $60 - 75. Both are a bit smaller, but imo, 4-5" is a bit much for a pocketknife.
For fixed blades...it's a bit harder. My Blackhawk Razorback's great, but it's a pure defense blade, completely useless as a tool. If you're willing to spend a bit more, RAT Cutlery (ESEE Knives now actually) makes some of the best production blades ever. And have the best warranty in the business. You can do anything to it and they'll replace it free of charge if it breaks. Unfortunately, their cheapest model is around $80 with a carry kit, $60 with just a sheath.
I'll look around and PM you my overall advice when I have more time.

Ah, thanks for the suggestions.
And I'll await the PM. <_<
Yeah, 4-5" is a bit large... but I find the majority of the "pocketknifes" are just too... bleh. And small.
But I'm going on those from the sport's shops and stuff, not really looked online.
Favorite blade site?

Should I hone my target shooting skillz to an obscene level?
Like, being able to nail a headshot at any distance?

Ballistically impossible, but yes.
Headshots are fail, aim for the body.

Impossible is for the weak minded. And headshots are dope. I learnt that from movies. >_>
Do you have decaying fruit in your room?
