Modern Warfare 3.

I forget how much I enjoy these games. Really want to give the Black Ops series a try.

The Black Ops mode packaged with this is pretty awesome though. XD Survival especially is fun. Though I enjoy the quick speed missions as well. Being on the other side of the plane attack was actually fun.

I'd just switched over from playing Veteran mode in the real game, so I was running around knifing people, surprised at how much damage I could take without dying.

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within

....... WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?

Seriously.

Just, why?

But, I'll still play it I suppose. I don't think I'll be as into it as I was when I played Sands of time, so it isn't in my priority.

I also checked out Two Thrones a bit and I really like it.

Super Mario Bros.

Every time I go back to Super Mario Bros. I rage pretty hard. Satisfying when you beat it, but honestly, I don't think I'll ever get near the hard mode.

Playing Super Mario Bros. 2 now.

Portal: The flash version. A nice alternative to the regular Portal series(although certainly no substitute).

Gears of War.

Legendary mode.

I...I just don't know. I really don't. I enjoy the Gears series, but with the grotesque violence I usually have to force myself through them in the first place. Legendary now...having to replay parts over and over, I just don't know if I have it in me. XD And I'm still on the easy parts; I shudder to think of what will happen when I hit the final few chapters. O_o

On the other hand, I do enjoy a good challenge. And it'd be nice to have the achievement under my belt. Mmph...just remembered the boss at the end. He killed me...dozens of times or so, the first time around on normal. I've heard that he's impossible to kill in singleplayer...

Bacon is good. I WANT SOME LAST BOSS BACON.

Puzz 3D: Neuschwanstein Bavarian Castle,
Ok yeah so this game was made for Windows 95, :P
but it's a pretty good 3D puzzle game,
where you build the castle, then explore it.
It even has a story of some sort told in video clips,
but the PC I am playing it on can't seem to run them without lagging. :P

I am still in the building phase, but I am about half way done,
850 piece puzzles take longer than I had thought...
(I chose the hardest difficulty of course. :P )
Be part of the answer, not part of the problem.

It's been a little while, but Tony Hawk's Proving Ground. It's not the greatest game, but it brings to mind good memories of my childhood with prettier graphics.

That's a great game, I played it actually before the original Portal. But it makes such a great introduction to the basic concepts.

*loving cradles akimbo P90's*

Fact is, I blow snow when combating others online. Like...I'm that guy that pulls off one sweet move, then spends the rest of the night getting mowed down by noobs with their eyes closed. >_<

And then I unlocked the P90. Beautiful submachine gun, highly accurate, more painful than an achy tooth, and a large magazine that empties itself faster than that one kid who gets inevitably carsick on the church trip. And life was gewd. I was still getting mowed down, but not as badly. In fact, I managed to kill enough people to unlock some things for the gun.

One of these unlocks...was akimbo mode. Two P90's. Firing at once. At whateeeeeeever I aimed them at. I attached the "bling" perk, so in addition to "akimbo" I equipped extended mags. In combination with the perk that ups bullet damage...

Affectionately, I call this combination "Da Buzzsaw". Because aiming is not required anymore; just a gentle strafe of the area will eliminate pesky baddies; smoke obscuring your vision? Doesn't matter; smoke doesn't stop bullets. Random dude jump around the corner at you? Drop both triggers and watch 'em fall. In fact, after knifing the lead guy on one corridor run, three more appeared around the corner and met Jimbo and Scully, to violent ends ('course, guy number five pasted me against the wall; still).

It was the first time all weekend, maybe the entirety of my career, wherein my kill count was equal to (mayhaps even greater than) my death count. O_o

GLORIOUS.

You're the reason the FPS genre includes both the sniper rifle and the RPG.

Though one has to ask, how many of those 'blind noobs' were using the same loadout you ended up with?

Sir.

Sir. Pardon me.

But sir, are you insinuating that I am a noobtuber? :o

Unkind; unkind indeed. Firstly, that entire post was rife with exaggeration. Most of the people I was combating were higher in rank than me (a lot of people in Prestige mode), and were greatly the reason my longest run without dying was less than five minutes. XD You also do have to aim with the P90's, and since I was dual wielding them, there was no down the sights aiming. That sweet triple kill was in a very narrow corridor with the dudes running at me in single file.

Secondly, I haven't used RPG's or sniper rifles in a long time; sniper rifles almost never...closest thing I used was the FAMAS, which you can equip with a short range scope. RPG's and other rawket lawnchairs come with only one shot, and you have to use up one of your perks to get extra ammo without dying, so they aren't very effective. And I'm never able to find a good camping spot.

Though I will not deny I like big explosions. Fourthly, the P90's aren't unlocked until you hit rank 27 or so, so even if there were noobs, I'm quite positive none of them were using them. XD And I didn't see any other players using them inside the killcam, so I don't know. Mostly, I get dropped by snipers or Assault rilfes to the face, with the odd shotgun to add pizazz.

I HAVE DROPPED A GAUNTLET SIR, AND I WILL NOT BE DENIED SATISFACTION.

Not in the least. I merely remarked that the simplest way to deal with a target that spews bullets faster than you is to either kill them without being seen (and preferably beyond their most effective range) or high explosives.

Not being an aficionado of the PvP FPS I can sympathize with competing against those of more carefully honed talents. Just, you referred to them as noobs. So I drew some obvious conclusions :P
If it would give you satisfaction then I'll look into procuring a copy so that you can proceed to reduce me to pixelated giblets with wanton abandon.

Oh. Well, the angry Englishman inside is the reason I completely misread your post. >_>

Satisfaction, is satisfied. And unfortunately, I don't have Xbox LIVE. It was just a free weekend. So though it would be fun to play against/with someone I knew, I can't at the moment. XD
