So who is getting Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby?

Grind them stats! MMOs and all kinds of RPGs go here.

Also open to trades. At some point I want to get all of the legendaries scattered throughout the game so I'm going to want to trade for Dialga, Lugia, Zekrom, Thundorus (or was it Tornadus?), etc.

I got Omega Ruby, but stopped playing it after getting all the legendaries I can get. For the rest of them I need the legendaries from Alpha but no one I know has it..

Maybe I should get back to playing it? I don't really know...

I must confess I've stopped caring for Pokémon as of late and the X/Y Games have only solidified the fact I no longer care about them.

So I'm sticking with my Pokémon Platinum for regular old DS because that is my personal favorite Pokémon game EVAH

Lots of people tell me that Platinum was a great game. I kind of want to get it, but I don't know if I could transfer Pokémon all the way to Gen 6.

I personally liked Sapphire and Gold the most. (The remakes were good too. (Though Heart Gold was golden! XD))

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum is actually next in line to get a remake,
although it won't be till the next handheld console.

That said, it would be quite a while till the next remake.
Which I think is fine, as Platinum doesn't feel that old yet.
(It's kinda funny though, the remake of Green/Red is actually in more need of a remake than Platinum. XD)

Platinum just holds really well on its own. It has amazing story compared to most Pokémon games, it also has a Battle Frontier, and it's one of the best combinations I've seen. It also has the majestic beast known as Torterra
