Spoiler:
From what you can tell there doesn't appear to be any traps along the windowsills nearest you. The large room to your left appears to have a broken window on the right side. You try to peer in but there is only darkness as if the windows themselves have been enchanted with magical form of darkness preventing anyone from seeing inside. Crimson finds a small stick near her feet. She then uses the stick to probe the darkness. The stick passes through, unhindered. The darkness is simply a magical veil preventing you to see through. Each window seems to have a similar enchantment. So much magic used to conceal whatever it is that is happening within this mansion.

Spoiler:
You tear the throat from your next victim. The guard slumps lifeless to the ground as you turn your attention to his partner who lunges at you, sword in hand. You dodge to the left as his attempt is met with only disappointment.

Spoiler:
After the last soldier's swing went wide, Kratimos stood up, towering over him. A smile crept across his toothy maw.
"Come, come. I can see the fear in your eyes, don't let it take you. You knew this would happen. You knew the mage could not contain the beast forever," Kratimos growled. "Give yourself a good death!"
On those words, Kratimos swung both of his massive claws, one after the other, at the shrinking man.

Spoiler:
Crimson sighed "Ugh I hate magic!" regardless she's not afraid of this hocus pocus nonsense. She wishes that some of her mage friends were around to decipher this spell for her. At they very least they could have talked her out of what she was about to do. Crimson takes a coin out of her satchel and throws it through the broken window. If she hears it land she'll go through after it.

Kratimos
Spoiler:
The face of the remaining guard screws up into an appalling expression as the words leave the mouth of the beast. In blind rage he swings at the werewolf. The beast steps to the right and rakes the man with a massive claw causing him to stumble back a foot or two. Blood leaking from the rend the rend on his shoulder. He grasps his shoulder with his free hand. Sword drawn in the other. The man is breathing heavily but maintains his composure as though he patiently accepts his fate with dignity.

Spoiler:
Kratimos rears his arm to give the final death blow, but stops when he looks into the guards eyes. There is strength and courage. He was clearly outmatched, and while his death was would be a true warrior's death, he never had a chance. He faced his death sentence with honor. Maybe one day, he'll earn his warrior's death with a fighting chance.

Kratimos shoved the guard back into the open cell behind him and jammed the door shut. It was hopefully enough to hold him for the time being. Maybe an hour in his condition?
"You will live to fight another day." Kratimos growled from behind the bars, "Do not squander it on honorless men."

Kratimos returned back into his old prison and crept up to the what he could only imagine as an incredibly frightened girl. He tried to make his motions as dog like as possible and as little as wolf or monster as he could. A swishing tail? Would that help?
"I won't hurt you, little girl." Kratimos tried speaking as softly as possible, but cringed at the menace and ferociousness still in his voice. "Jump on my back and we'll go find your father."

((Provided she does go with Kratimos))

Kratimos kept low on all fours to give the little girl a stable ride. He continued down the hall in search of the fleeing butcher and as he passed the cell with the guard, he turned and gave him one last look of respect before huffing and continuing on.

Crimson
Spoiler:
Fortunately for Crimson the moon was high and the light it gave was enough. To your surprise you discover a metal grate at your feet with what appears to be an entrance to a cellar. You look through the grate and from what you can tell it's a ten to twelve foot drop. The cellar appears to be dark. Unlike the windows, this grate seems to simply be dark because there are no lights inside. You pull at the grate to find that it comes free with little effort. The hinges and lock that held it in place, once capable steel, is now rusted and decayed beyond the point being functional on any level.

Spoiler:
Jackpot! Crimson drops down into the cellar and lights her torch (assuming I remove this from my inventory now and that there was a way to light it???) Now to find her way around and back to her coin and bounty. Before she leaves the room she glances around the room for any valuables laying around.

Kratimos
Spoiler:
The man collapses to the ground, exhaustion overtaking him. You approach the girl who is standing in the center of the room. Her feet are pigeon toed and she's staring at the floor. As you approach, she isn't startled though she is reluctant to approach you though your "puppy dog" act did trigger what seemed to be a slight smile. The girl approaches you and reaches out her hand. She pulls herself up your back using your fur as handholds.

In the next moment, you bound out of the cell and down the stone hallway. The butcher's scent is still fresh in the air. You rush by the cells and notice the guard is still unconscious. Across from him, you see the crumpled bodies of the two guards and the pools of blood forming from their open wounds.

You rush down the hall and cut left to see a cell on your left set with a solid iron door. In the top of the door, there a panel set with a hinge designed for viewing. On your right there are two stair staircases set with a cylindrical pillar in the center. One stair case headed down and the other headed up. The scent of the butcher heads in the direction of the upward staircase.

Crimson
Spoiler:
You drop into the cellar. You look back up to see from where you fell and it's clear to you that this entrance will not work as an exit unless you have some time to prepare. Upon your descent, you notice the air is thick and foul, rancid with the stench of decay. You draw a torch from your pack and set to lighting it. In moments you have a fire and you raise it into the darkness.

Spoiler:
For the last three years you find yourself wandering from town to town performing and earning coin where you can. The night is late and you find yourself in a old and rustic inn in a small and forlorn town known as Hillsbrad but commonly referred to as the forsaken village by the locals. Many see this as a good thing since the kingdom is now under the power of the Archlich, Katastrofeas.

You pull the bow across the violin in a slow and steady manner. Your feet are up on a table as you recline in a chair nearest the roaring fire. Hillsbrad is a cold village, near the base of the northern mountains and the chilly weather of the late fall seems to add to it. The thought that seems to rummage through your mind often is if you should winter here or set off on the road again and hope for a better situation. The tavern room is empty save the innkeeper standing behind the bar, rag in one had and wooden ale stein in the other.

You tune is mournful, seeming to reflect the dreary weather and dry company.

"Play me a tune that is far more delightful." You hear, you look up to see a man opposite of you sitting near a window. You look intently at the man, since you knew that no one has entered the room since you walked in several hours ago.

"There's coin in it for you boy, I want to hear something that will bring cheer to my heart."

The man appears to be a drifter. Long brimmed hat covering his head and a traveling cloak about his shoulders. He seems aged and his skin looks worn and leathery. He has a long pipe in his hand with what smells like tobacco burning inside. This detail adds to the confusion since you didn't smell anything out of the ordinary moments earlier.

Spoiler:
For two years you've called this town located within the underdark called Underport, your home. This forsaken wasteland, filled with society's outcasts and some of the worst the criminal underworld has to offer, is seemingly no place for a cleric of Ehlonna. This is why you find yourself on a pilgrimage often to the nearest temple hidden deep within the pale wood.

The temple is invisible to those who do not know or understand the way of Ehlonna and the other gods of the forest. The creeping death brought upon by the Archlich, Fthora, sworn enemy of Ehlonna and the other gods of nature, now intoxicates this sacred glen. So many of the animals and creatures that once lived abundantly in the land have fled the nation, live in hiding, or have died from this infection. You approach the temple's secret entrance and speak the command word. Trees who's branches were once woven together begin to untangle and an opening forms.

You enter the "court" which is a beautiful, albeit small, meadow. The grass is still green, sustained by the power of the goddess. You sit down in the grass and begin to contemplate it all. So much death in the world now, it's corruption continually spreading. Who among mortal men can stop such a disease from consuming all? You see the high priestess walking about, her feet bare and her clothing light since she live here in the temple. He robes are a light green and her hair is fiery red in color. Her arms are folded behind her and she is pacing, deep in thought.

((I need a few details about your character, primaraly what is the species of plant your character has a special ward? See the details of your goddess here: http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Ehlonna))
