This is one of my favorite games in years. Beat it a week ago and plan on going through again soon.

Yeah, I'm going through other games before I'll try my hand at 1999 mode.
My wife just beat it today. Blew her mind, too.

Excellent narrative. I would have enjoyed it more in a different vehicle though.

Don't mean to resurrect an old thread, but am I the only one who disliked Bioshock Infinite?
I really enjoyed all the social, political, and religious commentary that Columbia emanated, and yet, at the end of the story, none of it seemed to matter. Columbia was rich with religious commentary, especially on the militant Christian nationalism that is prevalent in America today. I thought the game would have something conclusive to say about that, but in the end, the story was just about how there's an infinite number of possibilities and outcomes. I found that to be quite disappointing.

I... where do I begin?
- I hated being restricted to TWO weapons at a time. I think this is what kept me from playing Duke Nukem Forever.
- I hated how it didn't have the Bioshock feel that the previous games had.
- I liked picking locks and hacking computers myself, it was part of the fun that Bioshock 1 and 2 had.

While it would have been nice to hold more than one gun(I gather they intended to have you "choose" your weapon style), hacking was one of the worst mechanics of the original Bioshock. It completely pulled you out of the rest of the bioshock experience. If I wanted a lackluster puzzle, I'd be a casual gamer.

I liked how they took you to Rapture very briefly near the end. That was cool to me.

Oh yeah, I really liked that. And with the new Buried at Sea DLC coming out, I'm excited.
