All three of those are good choices. If I had to pick one out of those it would be Awake. Systematic Chaos has some seriously awesome songs (Forsaken, Constant Motion), as does SDoIT... but overall Awake is just more consistently awesome, in my opinion. It's also considered DT's best album by a lot of people.

Also check out Metropolis Part II: Scenes From a Memory. It's a concept album... written by Dream Theater. Need I say more?
