Hmm...needs work. As someone who hasn't spent years working hard on that project, I can criticize the fact it doesn't look like Master Chiefs. XD

Also, I think movies have influenced science entirely too much. XD

Hmm...how can you build an EMP?

Also, because of the old school cartoons that come on it. I haven't had Disney in a long time, but from my remembrance, around the nether regions of the night, some classic cartoons came on. Ducktales, Weekenders, and Tailspin.

No clue how to build one. I do know for it to be properly effective, it has to be detonated high in the atmosphere.
