Yeah, those are skirmishers. So non-sniper, non-shielded jackals. Who apparently enjoy swarming you.

Halo 3 came in the mail today. I should be home later tonight (I'm not positive about that, though,) so if anybody's up for some H3 I'd be glad to play.

Good stuff, Strider. I'll probably be around tonight, but I got Halo Wars yesterday, and I haven't had a chance to play it yet.

It may end up being my game of choice for the evening.

You can play online against people with H3 if you have ODST?

Yeah. ODST comes on two discs. The campaing/Firefight disc, and the multiplayer disc. The latter is literally Halo's matchmaking/Forge with all of the maps (including the DLC maps and a few exclusive ones that will be on XBLM soon).

Yeah I knew that, but I thought you could only play the multiplayer against other people with ODST.

Nah. You can definitely play with regular H3 players. It's really cool like that.

This is double-post worthy.

I just found out that Mal, Jayne, and Wash from Firefly are voices of ODSTs. Also, Six from BSG is a voice in it.

That is so epic.
