Wither Skeletons scale 1-10?

8, in version 1.8. They can be annoying but the skulls are useful. I have not attacked them in 1.9.

The only difference with wither skeletons in 1.9 is their animation for the most part. Of course fighting can be tricky due to the new combat.

Shulkers 1-10?

8. They are useful for moving around the end cities, but killing them is annoying.

9 in 1.8. They are a little expensive. 2 in 1.9. They are basically worthless.

7. They are weak, but they get in the way. They do drop rotten flesh that I use far trading though.

3. They make Mineshafts much more dangerous and they are small and hard to hit. Plus they are poisonous.
