actually, Microsoft tech support utilizes a computer system that takes calls and troubleshoots the problem with the caller. I've tried it. It's great. So they've finally figured it out...people are seriously seriously really kind of pissed if you outsource jobs to other countries, but if you eliminate the job entirely...nobody says a word...
