It's been that way since it started. Leo Nemo injected some adrenaline into it, but not even the jaws of life could restore it. >_>

The 4400 pretty good show so far, 4400 people abducted by aliens over 50+ years and then brought back to earth with unique abilities

I've been watching a ton lately and a complete update would be near-impossible, but here's what I recently watched.
Stargate: SG-1
Finally got around to starting season 9 of this sucker. Such good stuff.
Stargate: Atlantis
Finished season 1, finally. I'm slow, I know.
Fullmetal Alchemist (2003 series)
A friend hooked me on this, and I'm intrigued. I'm on episode 34 of 51, and loving it. Some people refuse to watch it "Because it's not the same as the manga" but I like it just fine. I will also be watching Brotherhood after this, since I want to see what they change.

That guy from the episode Irresistible who murders women and desecrates their bodies seriously gave me the heebie-jeebies.

I'm moving through the fourth season of Scrubs.
ohno is right, new favorite show. There are some unnecessary things and several annoying characters, but you can usually find something to like about everything.
