Occasionally to chat with friends not on Facebook or to get a hold of book club members.

Yeah.

Our treasury has 1 penny in it....we get our books for free.

And yes we have a governing body.

Meh. Only thing I liked in Starcraft was the videos. It looks like they focused on them more than the game.
