Manchester, UK – 22nd September, 2023 – Today Merge Games are proud to confirm open-world multiplayer survival game ‘Smalland: Survive the Wilds’ will be leaving Early Access on 7th December, launching to PC and consoles simultaneously! For the first time, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players will be able to explore the rich and immersive world of the Smallfolk, a tiny race of people striving to conquer the towering overland left behind by the giants.

Traverse lake sized puddles and mountainous trees, battling, taming and riding monstrous creatures from grasshoppers to geckos in a bid to survive and thrive in a harsh and wild world.

New content will continue to be added to the PC game right up to launch, with the same content available in the console editions. The game’s third major content update arrives in October for Early Access PC players, bringing a new biome, new creatures and more is planned in the lead up to 1.0 this December!

‘Smalland: Survive the Wilds’ will be set for continued support post-launch across PC and console with even more content in the works as the overland expands, growing deeper and even more challenging.

Launching digitally on December 7th, with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S retail editions hitting stores worldwide on December 8th, ‘Smalland: Survive the Wilds’ is the multiplayer adventure challenging players to survive at the bottom of the food chain in an oversized world.

Developed and published in-house, ‘Smalland: Survive the Wilds ‘ launched via Steam and Epic back in March, hitting a peak of over 52k daily players in launch week and garnering over 1.9 million Twitch watch hours to date.

Uncover ancient lore from hidden NPCs scattered throughout the world as you learn to survive in this hostile wilderness.

Tame and ride wild creatures including hornets, birds, grasshoppers and more, with each mount providing unique means of traversal.

Craft powerful armour sets to personalise your appearance and grant exclusive abilities providing much needed boons to survive in such a colossal world.

Build encampments and claim a Great Tree to design a base that will follow you to any world, allowing you to join any server and take your camp with you.

Develop your Smallfolk by levelling up your character and mounts, while scavenging resources to refine and craft items, weapons, food and more.

Players are invited to explore solo or with up to 9 additional friends in multiplayer as you battle to conquer the world and its inhabitants.
