It will be nice if this forum has a subforum where we can discuss how to mod games in order to remove swearing and other offensive content.

It is not necessary because the offensive content is not so much to do that. Just create a Topic and pin it for all forum members to see.

Because there isn't a lot of objectionable material, it's unnecessary. Making a topic visible to everyone in the forum is as easy as creating a pin.
