I have heard the name, but I've never read the books, nor have I watched the movie. Do you recommend it?

I have done all three. It's fairly atypical, and some find it tasteless, but I love it. I recommend it so long as you know what you're getting into.

Never ridden one farther than my parent's driveway. Then it fell over and I couldn't get it back up again. Pretty much ended my career as a biker right there.

They can be kinda cool, though. And some of my favorite Transformers are motorcycles....

Why don't you want to play Dota 2? Just curious. I think it's great.

From what I've heard, a good portion of the game consists of getting yelled at by other players - especially if you're new. I have a hard enough time getting into MMORPGs without getting distracted by morons who have no idea what the "RP" portion of that acronym means (or even worse, just don't care). Since I would imagine that Dota 2 would be simply an exercise in frustration, I've decided to simply pass. I play games to have fun and escape for a while, not to be yelled at or complained about because I don't know what I'm doing, or I'd rather admire the graphics than focus on attacking the enemy.
