At first glance, Rokko Chan looks like an old game developed by Capcom. Believe it or not, this game is entirely fanmade. It has everything from Mega-Man style animation to the unwavering difficulty of the classic series. Kudos to King Soukutu for a wonderful nostalgic experience!

Not surprising that it's fanmade (after all Mega Man vs. Street Fighter was too - look it up!) but it's definitely well done! I need to config that gamepad.
