Level 20 now. I'm avoiding the last few Mage guild quests at the moment. Just had a random sidequest that was one of *those* quests.
I actually have some good weapons and armor now, though. Which is cool. Only took me 17 levels to find it.

super monday night combat. 2nd month playing tf2 and im already getting the hat craze when in the beginning i just traded my ellis cap for some weapons, trolololo, newbie ripped off.

Jade Empire.
Took a while for the plot to get going, but man oh man, is this game good. I've logged 5 hours so far, and this is excellent.
Divinity 2: Ego Draconis.
Also really good. Has some flaws, and is far from perfect, but it's a blast. The skill system is also easily abused. Basically, there is no penalty whatsoever for multiclassing, so I have a ranger with the ability to summon an undead minion of my level to fight for me. The only way I can get killed is if I go up against a big guy, or get swarmed (And if I get swarmed, I can just pop into Dragon form and breath fire on them).
I'm a sucker for RPGs. XD

I had forgotten just how mortally terrifying I found the giant slaughterfish. I actually got a bit sick swimming down to fight that thing. I'm master of the fighters guild, Hero of the Arena (I cannot bring myself to kill Agronak, since I did his "Guess who dad was" quest), and working my way up through the Thieves guild.

I do enjoy these classic styled first person RPG's. Feels like something pulled almost straight out of a D&D story. And I still feel the title was underrated in its DS iteration.
The Dark Spire is very similar to this, but incredibly difficult...still haven't managed to beat it, and everytime I put the game down, I lose the map skills needed to really play the darn thing. Like the first titles that came out back in the day, the map is written as you explore it and there's no handy "you are here" arrow (unless you use one of your spells, which is generally unwise given they cannot be recharged in the dungeon).
Need to find a copy of Etrian Odyssey.
