I mean, I get that, but the guy takes a drink right before he drops the bowl, which would be silly if the cup was empty. Also, there was a lid on it, so I'm inclined to believe that there was only a minute amount of liquid in the cup as to not cause the breakaway of the lid, but still guaranteeing some modicum of liquid inside, especially since the physics of the cup indicates that it's remarkably light.Pheonix wrote:It doesn't spill out on the ground? \(o.O)/
Or it could just be an empty prop.
dunno lol

Haha yeah, I was guessing it was empty by a few things.TripExistence wrote:I mean, I get that, but the guy takes a drink right before he drops the bowl, which would be silly if the cup was empty. -How the lid didn't darken when the liquid would have have clashed against it.
-The physics
-& why fill a soda stage prop if there is not going to be a spill of any kind?
Yeah, I may have taken the fun out of a good GIF by analyzing it to much,
or perhaps it made even more entertaining...

Who says the lid has to darken for there to be liquid inside?
I'm not much of a physics person, but it seems at least theoretically possible to me for there to be at least some amount of liquid in the cup. You're right though, it doesn't really make sense that way, but it would just bother me to no end seeing that guy take a swig of his drink and not believing that there was something in there at least for him to taste. My dry throat cries out to him.

See, if you actually leaned back on the couch like a normal person, you can prop the popcorn in your lap and your drink at your side, and go entirely hands free, leaving you completely able to point and shout at the tv, or as I do, game like a madman.
Clearly, the problem here is that he is an inefficient and inexperienced lazy person. Overachievers will just...never be able to do it.
