Apparently, I need to know DOS coding to use it. So.......thinking about it.

The short answer is no.
The long answer is sort of. If you can dual-boot your Mac, or use a few Mac-enabled Linux tools, you should br able to get it working. Natively? No.

For what, running on a Mac?
No. Winrar is an archive utility used to unpack files that have been compressed. It's a really useful tool.
If you mean to add characters or stages, then probably. It depends on how you do it.
