You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

Yeah, I guess Afrika Bambaataa could be considered some kind of combination of hip-hop, dancehall, and electro funk. That's what makes him so amazing.Drewsov wrote:A bit, but hardly any deep cuts. Speaking of which, funk?

I'll be honest, I've not made myself too familiar with funk. That's probably too bad.

Get yourself some James Brown and you'll be set. Also, Ghetto: Misfortune's Wealth by 24 Carat Black. It's an amazingly soulful and moody album; I haven't been able to stop listening to "Poverty's Paradise" for the last few days.Drewsov wrote:I'll be honest, I've not made myself too familiar with funk. Play any "casual" games?

Are you really afraid of being eaten by a sheeps?

Yes. >_>Chozon1 wrote:You know I wrote that post last year right?
Deathly afraid. It's not even funny. The only thing I'm more afraid of is liverwurst, which may or may not have lead to a particularly violent vomiting episode in the parking lot of a local grocery store, at night, in the winter. When I was four.Chozon1 wrote:Are you really afraid of being eaten by a sheeps?
And I still remember it. o_O

Ew. Serves you right for eating liverwurst on a wintery night.
