I used to be - but Twilight Princess was such a disappointment. And before that it started to feel all the same. Its like the same characters, same dungeons, etc. I got tired of doing the same thing. Which is why the 3DS Zelda games make me shake my head. I don't want to replay the same game with some 3DS effects.

I see.
Sorry for the disappointment.
Perhaps future games will be better.

Then the new OoT 3D remake should be right up your alley.

My favorite Zeldas are, in this order... (well, top five):
1. Link's Awakening
2. The Wind Waker
3. Twilight Princess (GC)
4. Ocarina of Time
5. Oracle of Seasons
And yeah, the new games have gotten easier and still seem to repeat... but I really loved Wind Waker and Twilight Princess's take on the story.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

Yeah, I totally forgot about Link's Awakening. I wish I had a copy of that. Epic game.

Hmmm, I don't know, but it seems like they are slowly getting to one.Strayinghyena wrote:What would you think of a modern day Zelda?
I was surprised when they made that Zelda game that has the train.
I was also surprised when they had the steam boat.

See... I liked the time stuff >_> All you had to do was play 6 notes on an ocarina to change itChozon1 wrote:I tend to prefer the 2D installments more than OoT. And even then, despite hideous flaws (having to reset time every 2 hours or so=WORST IDEA EVER) I actually liked Majora's Mask. Big fan of Zoras.
Love the series...not a fan on the mythos or the half naked females. But the action puzzle solving is golden.

Yes...and also erase all the work you'd previously done. Including temples, sword level (unless you got the sharpest) and people remembering that you had already gotten them "insert blank" already. Also. Bombs, rupees, arrows, and other such all get whisked away.
Got old. Real old. XD

even at the age of like 10 or something I still played it through from beginning to end and locked it in my heart as one of my favorite games ever <_< >_>
