Great album.

Though I have the censored version, and I think I need the uncensored version.

Hello Hurricane - Switchfoot

Needless to say, yes, it's good.

Foreman and the band never disappoint. :)

Not gonna lie, I'm disappointed with it. After watching Foreman churn out so many incredibly well-written songs via his solo project, I had high hopes for Hello Hurricane, and thought his intimate lyrics would carry over.

They didn't. Foreman delves into cliche too often for the album's good, and there's several songs that just fall completely flat (This is the Sound being one of them). There's good things in Hello Hurricane, but it's not anywhere near what I was hoping for. I guess I'll have to be satisfied with the Season EPs.

Which is just fine with me.

Hmm, yeah, I guess it's what you expected out of it. I did not expect Jon Foreman. I expected Switchfoot. And that's what they delivered. I'm satisfied. :)

And, I didn't really find the album clichéd, but, yeah, that's a matter of opinion. Those Foreman EPs are excellent though. We can agree on that. ;)
