My parents actually banned me from the library several times because I checked out so many books. Then they wonder why they can't get some of my siblings to read... X100
Me too.
That was always my parent's way of punishing me- taking away my books.

Right now I am reading Paradise Lost.

I'm not surprised, SigInt. ;)

Parents.. sheesh. Some of the punishments they come up with are really - really - really - MORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRONIC! - in my opinion.

Anyway, so far I've read

Obsessed
Showdown
Monster
The Oath
Silenced
and House.

Awesome awesome awesome books. 8)
Now I remember why I got myopia...

My parents would never think of taking away my books, they are trying to encourage reading amongst my little bros.

True... sometimes I do anyway, though. I just give a warning.

No. The name sounds familiar, though. I don't know why. What does he write?

SF. His Hyperion won the Hugo Award for best novel. And his Hyperion Cantos (Hyperion, The Fall of Hyperion, Endymion, and The Rise of Endymion), is on my top three list.

Language, slight sexual.
